    Mike Zimic, the founder of Human Scaffold, has pooled his unique background of experience and learning to ultimately create his unparalleled Human Scaffold approach.

    Mike has over 30 years of work of experience in sales, product management, management as well as high school teaching.

    Mike's vision of Human Scaffold began years ago. In 2019, he left the security of big Pharma to embark on the venture of fulfilling this dream. Human Scaffold began as a one-to-one and group workshop business model. In 2023, his business has expanded to offer an online learning platform to offer more autonomy, flexibility and availability to his clients.

  • You’ve mentioned a “common language” of behaviours. What is this based on?

    The Human Scaffold Method’s “common language” is based on DiSC theory, which was first proposed by Harvard psychologist William Marston in 1928. DiSC behavioural assessments have been validated and have been used by corporations worldwide.

    We offer a premium brand of DiSC-based assessments called PDA (Personal Development Analysis) that are both affordable and provide tremendous value to those that complete them. The “7Cs of Communication” are an introduction to this concept.

    Applying the concept day-to-day is the true value, which is why we start with the “Sailing the 7Cs of Communication” idea.

  • We have already done DiSC (or similar) assessments. So we already know all of this stuff. Right?

    True, a DiSC assessment provides valuable information about yourself and your colleagues.
